This week in Hip Hop, Nick Cannon released a second diss track for Eminem titled “Canceled: Invitation” while declaring victory in their rap beef. Also, Nia Long had photoshoot paying homage to Nas and lastly, Machine Gun Kelly confronted No Jumper’s Adam22 at Rolling Loud over favoring Eminem in their battle.
Nick Cannon Won’t Stop Eminem Feud
After declaring victory in the Eminem “battle,” Nick Cannon released another diss record, “Canceled: Invitation” and played his previous diss “The Invitation” 20 times for the Wild ‘N Out audience this week. He also extended an invite to 50 Cent to come on Wild ‘N Out after the G-Unit founder came to Em’s defense.

Former Shady Records artist Obie Trice also had his old boss’ back, dropping another diss record to defend Em. However, Slim Shady himself opted for reciting Hieroglyphics lyrics instead of responding to Cannon.

Nia Long Reps Nas
Earlier this week, Nia Long caught Nas’ attention when she donned a crewneck with his 2007 XXL cover on it.

Machine Gun Kelly Still Mad At Adam22
In the case of Machine Gun Kelly versus Eminem, No Jumper‘s Adam22 thought Slim Shady won the battle. Apparently, MGK is still not happy about it.

While backstage at Rolling Loud Los Angeles, Adam attempted to call MGK over for an interview but instead, the Ohio-bred rapper greeted him by slapping Adam’s mic.
“Was he trying to give me a handshake or something?” Adam asked. “That was unique. That was wild.”

Future Links With Various Artists For ‘1800 Seconds Volume 2’
Future‘s partnership with 1800 Tequila led to a compilation project titled 1800 Seconds Volume 2 filled with artists the liquor brand hand-picked themselves. Speaking to DX, Future detailed his role in the process.
“The process for me, it basically just took a day for me,” he said. “For them, it took more than a day…Three weeks for them to just put everything together because we had to go and listen to the music.”

Bizarre Talks Eminem Vs. Nick Cannon & Generational Pill Popping
DX also caught up with Bizarre, who gave his thoughts on Nick Cannon and Eminem’s beef. He noted it’s become “corny” while maintaining his support for Slim Shady.
“Marshall’s my friend and we’re damn near like a gang, so when I see people talking shit about him, I always go into defense mode,” he said. “That’s my brother. When the first Nick Cannon diss came out, I thought it was funny. I’m cool with Charlie Clips and Hitman Holla — I’m cool with all them cats.”
