Drake has been involved in numerous headlines, both in and out of his control, leading up to the release of his fifth solo album Scorpion. He’s looking to take back the reins with a recent Instagram story post featuring legendary Toronto Maple Leafs bruiser Tie Domi.

The right wing player was a designated enforcer for the Toronto Maple Leafs, New York Rangers, and Winnipeg Jets over 16 years. As the team goon, he would fight or check an opposing player after an aggression from the opponent. His efficiency with that title has allowed him to rack up the most penalty minutes in the Maple Leafs’ history as well as placing him third overall in penalty minutes in the NHL.

Although the bloody image hasn’t been confirmed to referencing a response track to Pusha-T’s “Story Of Adidon,” as DJ Akademiks mentioned in his video, it leaves many questions unanswered as to the nature of Scorpion.

Scorpion will mark Drake’s fifth studio album and appears to be now scheduled for Thursday, June 28 drop date.

One month following the release of Scorpion, Drake will head out on the Aubrey & The Three Amigos Tour with Migos on July 29.
