Chance The Rapper and Jeremih’s Merry Christmas Lil’ Mama mixtape just got an upgrade. The talented tag-team has released a deluxe edition of their 2016 collaborative effort — titled Merry Christmas Lil’ Mama: Re-Wrapped — which features 10 new tracks.

According to Lil Chano, the project also boasts drum contributions from fellow Chi-Town reps Common and Master Of None actress Lena Waithe.

“Me and @jeremih quietly made a free chicago christmas soundcloud project last year and it was so fun we just ran it back,” Chance wrote last week. “#merrychristmaslilmama will be available EVERYWHERE next week wit a gang of new altxmas bangerz. Shout Common & Lena Waithe for playing new drums on every track on this project.”

Chance The Rapper and Jeremih are cooking up some more holiday music. In a new interview with Rap-Up, producer Bongo ByTheWay revealed that Lil Chano and the “Birthday Sex” singer are currently working on a Christmas album.

“We’re literally still putting it together,” Bongo said. “It’s gonna be one of those [where] everything is gonna come together super fast.”

Chance teamed with Jeremih last December for a holiday mixtape titled Merry Christmas Lil Mama. The nine-track project featured production by Bongo, Zaytoven and C-Sick among others.

According to Bongo, the Chicago duo’s new Christmas album will feature a mix of remakes and original songs.

“It’s gonna be a little bit of both, but pretty much, it’s gonna be a completion of that project,” he said. “We just put it out for the culture, for the fans and stuff. Now, we’re really finishing it up and we’re gonna put it out right. It’s gonna have new music. It’s gonna be mixed and mastered and everything.”

Before Chance delivers his musical gifts for Christmastime, he’ll be hosting Saturday Night Live on November 18. The episode will be a Hip Hop-centric affair considering Eminem is the show’s musical guest.
