There were swirls of rumors that the Wu Tang Clan were planning to get back together and take the rap game by storm. Those rumors came to a screeching halt when ODB passed away after overdosing- or so one would have thought.

Now the rest of the Clan have decided to join forces and record a track together, their first in three years. The song will appear on ODB’s final album due out March 22nd. The song, titled “I Go Through Life” allows the various members of the Clan to speak out about their experience with the loss of ODB. One line summarizes basically how all the members feel: “I go through life pretending/ That time will change the ending.”

“But nah, what’s done is done,” RZA said. “Nothing won’t change it. What’s done can’t be undone. We all love ODB, we’re all going to miss him. ODB lives on, because Wu Tang is forever. This song is a tribute to his cause, his life. It feels good.”

On a side note, word is that Method Man has chosen to go back to the sounds of the RZA for his next album and RZA is rumored to be recording a few tracks with pop sensation Pink.
