Hahahaha. Even on HipHopdDX’s list, Lil Wayne be number one, which is awesome for me, because it means Weezy gonna give me his number one, his liquid gold. Weezy got that Midas dick!!! Gonna turn my tongue gold!! Meanwhile, yall just gonna hate. YMCMB!!!!!
On the real though, I’m glad he wasn’t number two on the list
just waitin for nas and common to come with that fire!!!
“Weezy was also honored with a record-breaking 18 nominations for the 2011 BET Hip Hop Awards, including Hustler of the Year and MVP of the Year.”
Damn, one of the worst albums of the year is getting way overrated. BET and MTV’s constant praise of the crap like thank me later, the carter 4 and anything from the black eyed peas the last 3 years is the reason kids have no taste in music.
AMEN. this is one of the best comments I have read on here in a while. I fully agree with all points made.
yeh people just been listening to the interlude and outro over and over again…have u heard how tight those tracks are?
How can a rapper be almost platinum and I (a hip hop fan) dont even know of one song he has out from that album?? With the last Carter you had lolli pop (pause) which as a good single and I heard that everywhere and it was undeniably a good single, now he’s plat and I just cannot understand who are the masses buying into an album thats just OK at best. I could dig WTT but the Carter is for the younger high/post high schoolers. Im so glad I did not grow up musically with this generation of artist!
cuz your a dumbass. thats why
because you purposely avoid his music and then act like you dont know anything.
or u just pretend as if you dont know his music as a slick way of undermining it. if i asked you whether u heard 6 ft 7 you would probabkly say nah….even though we all know your ass is lying because it was on every damn music site letalone hiphop site when he first got out of prison. typical frontin ass listener that always gotta be contrary.
da only reason wayne is so big is cus he collaborates with every1 in the whole fckin music industry!! ffs
So, going by your logic, Game would’ve sold as much as Wayne.
Game doesn’t feature on as many collabs as Wayne…look at how long we’ve seen Wayne on SOOOO many tracks with SOOOO many different artists
thats the only reason huh…. really? that gives him an unfair advantage huh. like other rappers arent allowed to collab. somehow its a bad thing that wayne has a wide fanbase. smh. i hate to use the word but hater
hope ppl will get tired of that YM crap and get back on that “Keep it real” shit
You know the story, haters gonna hate. I’m tired of this bullshit, already.
hello to averybody
