Kanye West has revealed who he would want to play him in a movie.

Ye took a break from all the drama surrounding Yeezy Season 9 fashion show in Paris to share his thoughts on who he feels could best capture the Kanye magic in a biopic motion picture.

“My pick is Jamie Foxx One of the greatest geniuses,” he wrote on Instagram.

Jamie Foxx is a very close friend of Kanye West’s as the pair have worked together numerous times, including on Ye’s 2004 College Dropout single “Slow Jamz” and 2006 Late Registration smash “Gold Digger.”

The legendary comedian recently spoke to HipHopDX on the red carpet of his new Netflix film Day Shift and said he actually reunited with his old friend relatively recently.

“The last studio session was a while ago, but the last time I ran into Ye, it was a good meeting,” Foxx said. “I won’t divulge the details but just hugged that brother and said ‘I love you man.’”

He added: “And with Ye, Me and Snoop was talking bout this in the interview. Ye got some magic.”

Kanye West Warns Justin Bieber To ‘Get Your Girl’ As ‘White Lives Matter’ Saga Drags On

Aside from hypothetically casting his longtime collaborator to play him in a movie, Kanye West has been fully embroiled in yet another scandal, this time involving his “White Lives Matters” shirt that he debuted at his Paris Fashion Week show earlier this week.

Ye has been criticized by various figures including Tremaine EmoryBoosie Badazz and even Ahmaud Arbery’s mother.

However, the Yeezy mogul responded to the backlash by questioning where the uproar was when he wanted to see his kids amidst his messy divorce from Kim Kardashian.

“So why did everyone feel so free to attack me about my t-shirt but Candace Owens was the only public figure to say that it was wrong for the Kardashians to keep me from seeing my daughter,” Ye wrote to Instagram on Wednesday (October 5), referring the conservative political pundit. “Or we just chime in when we want to tear a Black man down for actually having a different political opinion?”

He added: “And for all audience so outraged about my t-shirt where were you when I couldn’t see my kids? I went public in hope of public support at the time.”

However, not everyone seems to be against Kanye. The Chicago native recently thanked Drake for his supposed support amidst the controversy.

“EVERYONE KNOWS ME AND DRAKE HAVE HAD A RIVALRY IN THE PAST IT REALLY WARMED MY HEART TO SEE DRAKE LIKE ONE OF MY POST,” Ye wrote, screenshotting an IG post of his that Drake liked. “WE STILL NEED THE DONDA TEAM TO PLAY NOCTA ALL DRAKE MUSIC WILL BE PLAYED AT DONDA GAMES MOVING FORWARD.”

Kanye West is not the only celebrity to view Jamie Foxx as a creative genius. Joe Budden recently referred to Foxx as potentially “the most talented man on the planet” alongside Chris Brown during an episode of his titular podcast.

“Chris Brown does like, thirty different things exceptionally well,” Budden said. “Chris Brown writes, produces…talent!…It’s just like one of those that you don’t want to read because it’s Mike and when you read that, you could think that you’re talking about music and nobody’s saying that.”

He continued: “But talent? Fuck yeah. For a long time, I was saying Chris Brown might be the most talented man on the planet. Like, him and Jamie Foxx might be tied for me, I don’t know. I don’t know who else is in that talent-off.”
