Bobby Shmurda’s finally home and the fans are loving it. The “Hot N-gga” rapper was released from prison after a six-year bid on Tuesday (February 23) and the numbers have been running up ever since.

According to Billboard, Shmurda’s music streams jumped by a whopping 624 percent on Monday (February 22) and Tuesday – the day he was released. He’s now seeing 3.7 million on-demand streams on his music as a lead artist.

To date, Shmurda’s only project is his debut EP Shmurda She Wrote, released in November 2014. The 5-track effort features his “Hot N-gga” and “Bobby Bitch” singles and was just officially certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) on the day he was released. “Hot N-gga” has also benefited from the increase in streaming and is now officially 5x platinum.

Following a year of a lot of losses, 21 Savage is happy to see not only Bobby but Rowdy Rebel and Kodak Black out of prison and flourishing back home.

And Bobby isn’t wasting any time.

“Y’all don’t like to see young, Black rich n-ggas, so I’m going to get real rich on y’all,” he said in a new interview with GQ. “I’m going to make it legit, though. They want to see you n-ggas back selling crack. You know what I mean? Going to jail and shit. And I’m going to make it legit now.”
