The saga continues … and no, we’re not talking about the upcoming Wu-Tang Clan album. After Usher’s male accuser claimed he had sex with the illustrious R&B singer in a Koreatown spa, Usher’s lawyer has responded.

Attorney Zia Modabber told TMZ, “Usher will defend himself vigorously in court against these opportunistic claims and we will not comment further on private legal matters.”

This comes after an earlier report that Usher’s male accuser said he was exposed to herpes during an encounter at a Los Angeles spa. The unidentified man has filed a lawsuit.

Another accuser, an unidentified women, has said Usher exposed her to a sexually transmitted disease during at least two different sexual encounters. She’s also blaming him for her stillborn twins, reportedly saying the pregnancy issues were directly linked to delivering while infected with herpes.

In the legal documents, it’s noted Usher has refused to confirm whether he has the virus and hasn’t submitted to an STD test.

Usher’s private life has been dominating headlines since July, when court documents came to light stating Usher Raymond IV had allegedly paid $1.1 million to a woman who accused him of giving her herpes.
