The Georgia woman suing Usher for $20 million after he allegedly exposed her to herpes has reportedly been identified.

According to TMZ, the accuser, Laura Helm, says she had two separate sexual encounters with the Atlanta R&B superstar.

According to legal documents filed by Helm, Usher was acting strange during their first sexual encounter. During their second one, she said the singer didn’t wear a condom and set the mood with jazz music while he performed oral sex on her.

Prior to Helm’s name and identity being revealed, the only accuser to come forward was Quantasia Sharpton. Sharpton is suing Usher for allegedly exposing her to herpes.

The woman also claimed to have video of her sexual encounter with Usher, something Sharpton’s own lawyer has dismissed.

Usher continues to deny he had any sexual contact with any of his accusers.
