Quantasia Sharpton’s credibility has taken a huge hit from her own lawyer.
Lisa Bloom, who is representing Sharpton in the STD-related lawsuit against Usher, told TMZ that no sex tape of her client and the singer exists. Bloom claims Sharpton’s statements made during an interview with vlogger Miss Jacob Kohinoor were a “misunderstanding.”
Although Bloom says no sex tape exists, she believes footage of her client and Usher may have been caught by hotel surveillance.
Sharpton has previously faced questions about her motives after tweeting about how she needed money just a week before filing the lawsuit. More skepticism emerged after it was revealed that she allegedly sent a “Groupie Tale” to Baller Alert about a supposed intimate encounter with singer August Alsina in 2014.

Quantasia Sharpton, the woman accusing Usher of exposing her to a STD years ago, has provided more details on her alleged sexual encounter with the R&B legend.
In an interview with YouTube vlogger Miss Jacob Kohinoor, Sharpton revealed she has a video of the encounter. She also says Usher was aware their rendezvous was being recorded.
When asked by Kohinoor why she would have a video from three years ago, Sharpton said her phone’s ample storage allows her to save everything.

“I have things in my phone that date back all the way to 2013,” Sharpton said. “I keep everything in my phone. I have 250 GB of storage. I keep everything in my phone. So, I don’t delete nothing … That’s how I still have the video.”
Sharpton also mentioned she previously suggested there was a video.
“This is why I kept saying, ‘People lie, but video don’t,'” she explained. “Nobody can say nothing to me about this whole situation.”

When asked if the public will ever see the video, Sharpton revealed that footage of her encounter with Usher likely won’t be seen outside of a courtroom.
“I highly doubt it because that’s just taking it a little bit too far,” she said. “Well, the people in court will see it. But I don’t think I would ever put it on social media because that’s taking it to a whole ‘nother level. I personally feel like I’m not a porn star.”
Sharpton added that her attorney, Lisa Bloom, is currently attempting to subpoena hotel surveillance video that shows Usher entering her hotel room.
Sharpton is suing Usher for punitive damages.
