Where oh where has D’Angelo been? In a bit of trouble, that’s where. According to The Associated Press, D’Angelo (real name Michael Archer), pleaded guilty to charges of marijuana possession and driving under the influence of alcohol in Virginia District Court.

The incident dates back to January when D’Angelo was pulled over in a Richmond suburb on suspicion of drunk driving. When police searched the vehicle, they found marijuana and .029 grams of cocaine. He was fined $250 and given a 90-day suspended jail term for the DUI conviction. His license was also suspended for one year. He was caught up in a similar situation of reckless driving a while back.

He also received a $50 fine to go along with an additional 10 day suspended jail term for the marijuana charge. His driver’s license was also suspended for 6 more months. He waived his preliminary hearing in regards to the cocaine charge.
