Growing up in Mobile, Alabama, Flo Milli began recording and releasing music in 2015. After her singles "Beef FloMix" and "In The Party" went viral on TikTok, she landed a record deal with RCA Records. Flo Milli then went on to release her debut mixtape, Ho, Why Is You Here? in 2020, to critical acclaim. She was nominated for Best New Artist at the 2020 BET Hip Hop Awards, and Best Female Hip Hop Artist in 2021. She was also named a 2021 HipHopDX Rising Star.
