Tory Lanez had to have his Christmas dinner behind bars, where the Toronto rapper is awaiting sentencing after he was convicted of shooting Megan Thee Stallion.
The Canadian crooner, real name Daystar Peterson, was found guilty on all three counts levied against him on Friday (December 23), which included felony assault with a semiautomatic firearm, possession of a concealed, unregistered firearm, and discharging a firearm with gross negligence.

Lanez was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs, and TMZ has learned what the Los Angeles Sheriffs’ Department chefed up for him at the Men’s Central Jail on Sunday (December 25) to celebrate the holiday.
According to the outlet, Tory Lanez enjoyed a 4 oz. roast turkey, with 4 oz. of mashed potatoes, 2 oz. of gravy, 1 oz. of cranberry sauce, 4 oz. of green beans, 1 cup of tossed green salad and a dinner roll, pumpkin muffin and chocolate milk.
Last week’s trial was filled with memorable moments throughout its 10-day run. Kelsey Harris had been expected to corroborate Megan’s account of the moments that led up to her shooting, but instead delivered a statement that directly contradicted her testimony.
Whereas Megan Thee Stallion told the court that Tory had offered her $1 million in exchange for her silence about what took place on the night of July 12, 2020, Kelsey Harris told both the prosecution and the defense that Tory Lanez had never offered her any money.

A witness named Sean Kelly also added a new angle with his testimony, alleging that he saw a woman shoot first while Lanez was still in the vehicle. “I believe I saw the girl shoot first,” he said. “[But] I believed it was fireworks.”
He also said Tory Lanez appeared to shoot as well. “I just saw he was very angry, shouting, and then the flashes then came from him. I never saw a gun,” Kelly said. “They were all fighting, so I just assumed he grabbed the gun.”
Lanez, who pled not guilty and has adamantly maintained his innocence, said on DJ Akademiks Off The Record podcast that the truth would be revealed at the right “time and place.”
“It’s three words brother: time and place,” Lanez said. “There’s gonna be a time and a place for that. But I do know this is not the time and place. The internet, like I said, is not a therapist.”

He added, “I am in an open case and maybe I make this shit look really beautiful, but I am facing 24 years, I’m making shit look beautiful, don’t I? But guys, I am actively facing 24 years next month. Like this is no play play situation. I’ve been in this for three years. I’ve never played internet games with you guys. I’m not gonna start now.”
Tory Lanez, who opted not to testify, faces up to 22 years in prison and deportation to his native Canada.
