Inspectah Deck Teases Czarface Vs. Ghostface Killah Project

It appears Wu-Tang Clan fans won’t need to wait for the group’s next album to hear Inspectah Deck and Ghostface Killah collaborating again.

Fresh off a collaborative LP with DOOM, Deck revealed his Czarface trio — comprised of him, 7L and Esoteric — have a project in the works with Ghostface on Saturday (July 14).

“If you was feelin #czarfacemeetsmetalface just wait til u get that #Czarface vs @realghostfacekillah you might nut out ya ear… stay tuned!!!” he wrote on Instagram.

The Rebel INS has spent the better part of the last decade working with 7L and Esoteric as Czarface, releasing five albums together. Their most recent release, Czarface Meets Metal Face, added the enigmatic DOOM to the mix for a well-received LP — one which HipHopDX rated 4.3 out of 5 in our review.

Ghostface hasn’t released a new project since 2015 when he dropped Twelve Reasons To Die II with Adrian Younge and Sour Soul with BADBADNOTGOOD.

Deck and Pretty Toney were both part of 2017’s Wu-Tang: The Saga Continues, an album helmed by the legendary group’s longtime DJ Mathematics.

    1. Yes. Two of the best in Wu caring the torch!
But what about Ghostface 2 other albums: Ghostface/ MF Doom collab and the Sequel to Supreme Cliental. Both I heard were finished and ready to go.

    2. I never listen to czarface cause it has a corny pink man in it. Love deck and ghost but i cant rock with pink male rappers. rubs me the wrong way.

      1. Funny guy. Problem is that “pink” rapper can rhyme circles around Jamar and Sadat. Period. Maybe not Puba. Dumbass

    3. It can’t get better with Ghost. Even DOOM could not save this wack ass project. It was literally painful to listen to.

    4. If and when this manifests, they’ll need to make a Czarface meets Bobby Digital…and then meets The Genius

    5. As much as I hate every white rapper with the exception of MC Serch, Esoteric is a monster along with Virtuoso. give credit where the credit is due.

      1. Apathy, R.A. the Rugged Man, Vinnie Paz, Slaine, Ill Bill, Esoteric, Diabolic, etc, there are a ton of great white rappers

If you’re not looking forward to this project, you do not know what real hip-hop is. Plain & Simple

    6. 46 years old rappers rhyming about Batman and Superman or rhyming about selling coke. Get a life! Shit is patetic

      1. That was just a re-release/remix album. His last real (collabo) album was Twelve Reasons To Die II w/ Adrian Younge

    7. Real talk tho, when have the top earning rappers made the best hip hop? There are exceptions but hip hop is at its best when it goes AGAINST the mainstream. Also popularity is fickle. Using metrics like popularity or money or charts is fine to determine QUANTITY. but those metrics mean nothing to evaluate QUALITY.

    8. @old heads make me laugh…that’s truly what u care about is just club hits it’s pretty sad becuz can you seriously answer me this question can you really listen to a whole Migos album let’s be real…I know I cant that would drive me nuts. I’m 40 yrs old and yeah I’ma old head but I listen to Kendrick I listen to J Cole becuz unlike Migos thoses guys can rap N you can actually understand what they saying they try to master their craft and they still get money out of it. It’s all about how serious u take ur craft. It’s not all about club hits what about when u just wanna put on ur headphones N just listen to just real lyricism. Theres also a place for that as well. Ur always gonna have ur club hits but in reality what’s really gonna last is timeless music for the ears plain and simple. Pure hip hop.

    9. oh godddddddddddd WHY DECK ?! WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!
GET AWAY FROM THESE HERBS!!! DROP AN INS SOLO MAN… SHIT AINT CUTE AT THIS POINT ANYMORE….. DO YOU NEED THEM TO BE INSPIRED ? WTF ? I DUNNO… I THINK IT’S TIME TO GIVE CZARFACE A BREAK FAM. The only person who truly benefits out of this is Esoteric wack ass.

      1. You think maybe…MAYBE the reason he’s continuing with CZAR is that he’s finally get paid??? PAID! Wu-Tang solo joints aren’t exactly flying off the shelf in 2018 but the product/comic tie ins with CZAR is making money. Let the man get paid.

    10. This generation on the commercial side has terrible music. Terrible beats, Colored hair dumb face tats and corny as hell. However there are some good younger groups putting out HIP HIP and it’s not Cole or Kendrick, they are ok but they are far from hip hop they are just pop cats that are better than the terrible pop cats. I can’t believe that so many people like terrible music that sounds the same.

    11. The more Wu projects the better. Keep that shit going. That track from masta killa, tiger and the mantis, Deck rips it. Czarface meets MF Doom was good too. Ghost has a lot of music in the gun ready to fire off. Wu tang is forever.
