A man who trespassed onto Drake’s new home near Beverly Hills and claimed to be the rapper’s son was arrested last week.
As TMZ reported on Tuesday (July 19), cops were called to the 6 God’s mansion last Friday (July 15) after an employee saw someone near the pool house. LAPD questioned the 23-year-old intruder, who claimed Drake is his dad and he was simply waiting for him to arrive home.
However, cops didn’t buy his story and handcuffed him for misdemeanor trespassing. Luckily for Drake, he wasn’t home at the time and the intruder never made it inside the house.
The OVO hitmaker purchased the massive 10-bedroom property, which is located in the swanky Beverly Crest neighborhood, for a reported $70 million earlier this year. It previously belonged to British pop star Robbie Williams.

Drake is no stranger to home invasions. In 2017, a “super stalker” broke into his Hidden Hills estate and swiped several items, including sodas and water. She was arrested while wearing one of his hoodies and claimed she had permission to be inside the residence.
The fan, known as Mesha Collins, later filed a $4 billion lawsuit against Drake, accusing him of defamation and leaking private information about her. The suit was thrown out, with Drizzy securing a restraining order against Collins.
Last March, a knife-wielding woman was arrested after striking a security guard with a metal pipe in an effort to break into Drake’s “Embassy” mansion in Toronto.
Drake had his own brush with the law last week after reportedly being arrested for marijuana possession in the Swedish capital of Stockholm.

The rapper’s team initially denied the rumors, but Drizzy confirmed some sort of run-in with police on Sunday (July 17) by posting a document from Swedish authorities containing “information for those suspected of a crime and subsequently detained” on Instagram.
The 6 God later flew to the Mediterranean dance hotspot of Ibiza, where he put his latest album Honestly, Nevermind to the test with help from South African DJ/producer Black Coffee.
