Ever since DJ Khaled had a “twin” roaming around the streets as an Uber driver, Hip Hop doppelgängers have been popping up more frequently. Drake and Lil Durk were the next in line to have people imitate them, and now Kodak Black seems to be joining the fold.

On Monday (May 2), DJ Akademiks shared a post on his Instagram of someone impersonating the Florida rapper in what appears to be a Walmart. People in the video thought they really saw Yak, hence all the excitement in their voices, yet Kodak’s lookalike didn’t fool the woman who recorded the footage.

“So wait, they trying to take pictures with you?” she can be heard asking in the clip. “So they really trying to take pictures with you? So y’all really think this n-gga really Kodak? No.”

It’s still too early to tell if Kodak Black’s “twin” will have the same success as Fake Drake and Perkio. For a moment, Drake’s doppelgänger had people in Miami fooled and actually got paid to perform as the 6 God, while Lil Durk recently cast his lookalike in a music video.
