Brunei rapper Asmai links up with Swanz and Malaysian rapper Yaph for the somber piano-driven single, “Sebentar” (For A Moment).
The track centers on Asmai ruminating on unreciprocated love, finally confessing his feelings but acknowledging that there is simply no chance to make it work. “Aku tahu kau dan aku takkan pernah saling bersatu / kerna engkau bukannya milikku tapi hati ini sudah memilihmu” (I know you and I will never be together / because you are not mine but this heart has chosen you), he sings.
The music video was directed and edited by Maman Shahrunezam, who also goes by his rap moniker Mancientry, underscoring the melancholy feel of the track with silhouettes, mood lighting, and tight shots.

“Sebentar” follows “Surat Cinta 2” (Love Letter 2). Last year, Asmai released his debut album, Confessions, which also featured a guest verse from Swanz.
