Quavo is paying off his dues.
According to the Blast, the Georgia Department of Revenue filed a release of a tax lien against the Migos member that he was hit with in June. The lien accused Quavo of failing to pay up on a state tax bill he owed in 2016.
The amount was only $9,000, but after seemingly neglecting the bill, it grew to $14,055.06. However, the lien has been released and it’s no longer enforceable since Quavo paid the debt in full.
His bandmate and nephew Takeoff also received a bill for unpaid taxes totaling $14,348.23 from the same year, reportedly on the same day.

On a much lighter note, Quavo is expected to release his first solo album this week, Quavo Huncho, which will feature guest appearances from Drake, Cardi B, Travis Scott and more.[apple_news_ad type=”any”]
