Bronx, NY

After 15-year-old Bronx native Lesandro “Junior” Guzman-Feliz was senselessly killed last week, the Hip Hop community has come out in droves to show their support for the slain teen.

Cardi B generously donated $8,000 to the Guzman-Feliz family’s GoFundMe account and Harlem native Dave East visited the family at their home.

On Monday (June 25), East shared an Instagram photo of himself with members of Junior’s family.

“Found Out Junior Loved My Music,” East wrote in the caption. “Shit Made Me Relive Freaky And Mugga Death All Over Again. Glad I Got To Show His Mom And Sister Some Love And Support. Too Many Cowards Roaming This Earth #JusticeForJunior.”

Junior, who dreamed of becoming a police officer, was stabbed to death on June 18 in what police are calling a case of mistaken identity.

According to CBS Local New York, alleged Trinitarios gang members believed Junior was the person in a Snapchat video that purportedly showed someone having sex with a cousin of one the alleged gang members.

Seven people are reportedly in custody for the stabbing.
