The financial saga of Future and Rocko has been ongoing for months. The Atlanta producer/rapper sued Future Hendrix for $10 million in June 2016 citing a breach of contract and his fellow Atlanta rap luminary countersued a mere three months later. Future may be getting the last laugh (at least for now) after a Fulton County, Georgia judge ordered Rocko to pay $33,106 to a man by the name of Charles L. Dennis after he missed a court hearing for a breach of contract judgment, according to Bossip.
The Fulton County Court has issued a writ of execution against the ATL producer after first losing a breach of contract suit filed by Dennis who claimed Rocko broke a deal he had with him in 2013.

Although it’s been three years since the initial ruling, this recent development authorizes a sheriff to collect the debt by seizing Rocko’s property and bank accounts in order to satisfy the judgment.
As recently as May 1, Rocko has been vocal about getting Future to pay up, demanding he set aside the earnings from his Nobody Safe Tour in an escrow account so he can cough up the $10 million he allegedly owes.
