With many viewers still up in arms about the latest dilemma dealing with Dave Chappelle and his hit TV show “Chappelle Show”, the questions as to why the show hit the brakes are mounting. But of all the rumors hovering about, the latest one has to do with Dave Chappelle and a mental health facility.
According to Entertainment Weekly, a “source close to the situation” has said that Dave is checked himself into a mental health facility in South Africa back on April 28th.
“We don’t know where he is,” Comedy Central spokesman Tony Fox told The Associated Press. “We’ve heard about South Africa. We don’t know. We haven’t talked to Dave.“
With this being the latest in the wild series of rumored events leading up to the halt of “Chappelle Show”, there is still optimism that the 3rd season will be complete and eventually air.
