“It’s Jizz-ay, homey, you got pizz-ayed/ Take it like a man, the flow ran you off the stizz-age/ Wasting your time trying to sue S Dot/ Tell your lawyer to take the civil case and drop it like it’s hot.”
These are a few of the choice words that Jay-Z had for his former friend and collaborator R. Kelly on Snoop Dogg’s remix of his smash hit “Drop It Like It’s Hot.” The song once again features Snoop and Pharrell but also has a spot for Def Jam’s newest president, Jay-Z.
The song, which has already been leaked to the Internet and mixtapes, features Hov seeming to take a few shots at R. Kelly. The verse mentions a man who had to leave the stage and sue him for a reported $75 million. No word on if the song will be officially released but it seems as if a “retired” Jay-Z is putting in more work than ever. His “Fade to Black” movie hits shelves in May and includes four new songs.
