G.O.O.D. Music came together for its latest release Cruel Summer, but they aren’t stopping there. Q-Tip, who was noticeably absent from the group’s new LP, spoke with MTV News at the 2012 BET Awards, dropping a hint that Kanye West‘s crew will be teaming back up for a sequel titled Cruel Winter.
“I have to let the cat out of the bag… Kanye’s probably going to get…,” he said, calling over Pusha T. “I gotta let the cat out of the bag. Am I going to get in trouble? If there’s a Cruel Summer, then there’s gotta be a Cruel Winter, right?”
Cruel Summer landed at No. 2 on the charts this week with 205,000 copies sold. The project features guest appearances from Big Sean, Common, Teyana Taylor, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah and more.
