Flavor Flav has hit another snafu with his fried chicken franchise. Former business partner Tommy Karas has filed a police report accusing the Public Enemy member of cutting him out of a deal and tricking him into forking over a $30,000 check.
According to TMZ.com, Flav leaned on Karas in finding investors for the Las Vegas branch of his fried chicken franchise in April. But Karas claims that Flav went behind his back and told investors he was handling the money, convincing them to send him the substantial payment and elbowing Karas out of the deal.
Flav has faced some difficulty with his fried chicken restaurants over the past few months. In April, his Clinton, Iowa location shuttered after he blamed his business partner Nick Cimino for poor management. He currently has plans to open another location in Las Vegas, Nevada.
