Public Enemy’s Flavor Flav is in trouble with the law. The eccentric rapper was arrested in Las Vegas, Nevada this past weekend after cops discovered there were four warrants for his arrest.
According to TMZ.com, policemen pulled over Flav, whose real name is William Jonathan Drayton, Jr., on Friday evening. After running his name through the system, the 5-0 found that there were four automobile-related warrants attached to his name for a parking violation, driving without proof of insurance and two cases for driving without a license.
The 52-year-old was arrested and taken to a local jail, where he was booked, photographed in a mug shot and later released.
Flav recently announced that he will be opening a new fried chicken restaurant called “Flavor Flav’s Chicken” in the City of Sin. He also closed the franchise’s first location in Clinton, Iowa mere months after its opening due to poor management from his business partner.
