Former Hot Boys member B.G. was recently served with a hefty lawsuit. Sources report that the Cash Money/Chopper City rapper had filmed part of a music video on his neighbor’s property without permission.

Shyrl Patterson and John Bagneris filed a lawsuit against the rapper for $150,000 in damages following a video shoot for B.G.’s 2009 single “My Hood” (see below). The plaintiffs maintain that the rapper and a crew of over 40 people trespassed on their property during the video shoot without the proper city permits. They also indicate that they had sent a cease and desist letter to the rapper, but he ignored it and continued to promote the video.

DX will keep you updated as more details in the suit are revealed.
