Travis Scott and Tyler, The Creator have no shortage of famous fans, and they can now count Cameron Diaz among their admirers.

Speaking to Complex alongside Jamie Foxx to promote their new movie Back in Action, the actress was asked who her favorite rapper was.

After thinking for a moment, Diaz said: “Tyler.”

Foxx then interjected with an anecdote, saying: “I ran into Tyler, The Creator at a restaurant. I didn’t realize he was that tall.”

Diaz replied: “Oh, is he taller than you thought?” with Foxx jokingly answering: “That motherfucker like 6’2″ and rocked up.”

The Gangs of New York star then shouted out another of her favorite rappers: “Also, I’ve got a little bit more into Travis Scott. I didn’t realize, this is some elevated shit.”

For his answer, Foxx went with JAY-Z and then did a hilarious impression of the rap legend.

Travis Scott can also count Barack Obama among his famous fans.

The former president recently revealed his favorite songs of 2024, and on his list was Scott’s collaboration with Asake, “Active,” as well as Kendrick Lamar’s “Squabble Up,” Central Cee and Lil Baby‘s “Band4Band” and Tyla and Skillibeng’s “Jump.”

Obama also named Tommy Richman‘s “Million Dollar Baby,” Shaboozey‘s “A Bar Song (Tipsy),” and Beyoncé‘s “Texas Hold ‘Em” among his annual musical highlights.

Scott is set to have a huge 2025 with a new album potentially on the way, as well as a unique presence at Coachella.

Paul Tollett, president of the festival’s parent company Goldenvoice, has teased what fans can expect from La Flame’s performance, hailing it as Coachella’s “most significant experience ever.”

Speaking to Palm Springs publication The Desert Sun, he said: “That’s going to be pretty interesting. He laid out what he wants to do. It’s a little too early to give any details, but I think it’s the most significant experience the festival has ever had.

“Anything that gives you a chance to walk around and see something that’s interesting, that’s what discovery is all about.”

Scott’s performance is shrouded in secrecy but promises to be unlike anything seen at the festival before as it is being billed as an “experimental takeover.”
