Action Bronson is teaming up with Alchemist for a new EP titled Lamb Over Rice. The co-stars of Viceland’s Traveling The Stars series announced their new project along with a vinyl release of their 2012 collaboration Rare Chandeliers via Twitter on Sunday (November 10).

Both the EP and vinyl edition of Rare Chandeliers are scheduled to be released on November 22. According to Alchemist, Lamb Over Rice will contain seven tracks. He also noted the Rare Chandeliers vinyl will come with some extras, including a download card.

“RARE CHANDELIERS COLLECTORS VINYL IS HERE!” ALC wrote. “DOUBLE VINYL, 3 COLORWAYS, 6 THEATER CARDS, STICKER PACK. DOWNLOAD CARD. ONLY 1000 PIECES. NOVEMBER 22 !!!”

Lamb Over Rice will be Bronson’s follow-up to 2018’s White Bronco LP. The album was his first independent release since his departure from Vice and Atlantic Records.

For Alchemist, the EP is set to arrive a few months after his Yacht Rock 2 compilation. The project included a track titled “Tropical Storm Lenny” featuring Bronson.

      1. Never was, never will be. But he’s not the worst one around, though. Just nowhere near the level people often try to say he’s at. Premo, Adrian Younge, hell – even Statik has made more good beats compared to Alchemist.

        1. You joking, right? Trolling rather. The Alchemist and Jake One two of the illest cats on production duke. You hating hard bro. The Alchemist easily in my Top 10 Hip Hop producers of all-time.

          1. The issue that I have with Alchemist is his inconsistency. Some beats can be actually damn nice, even whole projects produced by him, but then the next one(s) can be straight trash. ‘Fetti’ album by Freddie Gibbs, him and Curren$y is fire from the first second to the last, especially production-wise. I’m not hating everything the man has made, just stating my honest opinion. Jake surely is dope, yes.

    1. This new rapper Ghostface just came out with an album, and he honestly sounds very similar to action Bronson. I guess both are from NY!

      1. Ghostface been out it’s action Bronson who sounds like him actually also Ghostface is 100 times more fia than action allday

    2. Waste of beats. All time great producer and all time overrated MC. He’s a fat cartoon who’s schtick is played out. Oh, and the using food for album and song titles is played out too. Use your brain and come up with a real name for your work. Wu was doing that 25 years ago. Peace.

      1. I feel you. I’m leaning in the same direction but I’m assuming the production will be on point and I’m giving Action another chance to be more Mr.Wonderful/less White Bronco…

      2. I’m not big on Action Bronson, but he is certainly not an “overrated MC”. First of all, Bronson is not very popular, or highly rated by anyone. Second, has anyone, anyone at all, considered Bronson to be an Emcee lol? I don’t think so. He’s a rapper who makes enjoyable music. He’s not lyrical at all, and doesn’t have much substance… Doesn’t change the fact that it’s an enjoyable sound when not focusing on what he’s saying. Good work music I think. Again, overrated emcee? Nope. He’s not rated highly at all, is not very popular, and NOBODY considers him to be an Emcee

    3. Two of ‘god’s chosen people’ come together to distract the gentiles from what’s really going on in the world.

    4. Bronson spits no nonsensical gibberish over great production like most of the time I don’t know what the fuck he’s talking about before it was tolerable but he hasn’t stepped it up since

    5. The last time I really enjoyed Alc’s production on a full project like that was on the first project with Curren$y in 2011. It went downhill after that. I get that he wanna use more obscure samples, but most of the times the beats just turn out boring and having no drums doesnt help either. His sample/chopping game used to be on point every time back in the day.

      1. Alchemist dope… most underrated
Bronson dope… bc hdgaf abt wht ppl think abt wht he spit… and he cashing in.. Phatman n Robin… cant wait for the next project…
