It’s been a minute since Evidence and Alchemist have released a track as a duo. The Step Brothers rectify that by linking up for a new song and video titled “Burnt Tree.”
Along with the visuals, Ev and ALC began selling limited-edition vinyl copies of the single via Tuff Kong Records. Only 500 copies of the 12-inch single were being pressed up, which led to them quickly selling out on Monday (October 28).
The Step Brothers haven’t released an album since 2014’s Lord Steppington but did share a previously unreleased cut titled “Lay Some Treats On Us” last year.

The longtime collaborators have continued working together in recent years with Alchemist producing multiple tracks on Evidence’s Weather Or NotLP, which dropped in 2018.
