We lost him for a minute to the Reggaeton movement, but after a few minutes conversing with Victor Santiago Jr, you get the distinct impression he is back on the Hip-Hop scene armed and dangerous. His Oye Mi Canto days might just be taking an indefinite sabbatical while he takes it back to his Lefrak City roots.
Not half stepping, Nore has two albums already worked out. The first which drops August 28th on Babygrande sees the rapper joining many of his contemporaries with an innocent stroll down an independent path. Not shutting down the thoughts of a major affair at a later date, relief at being void of a major tag right now is obviously what appealed to him.
Talking his album, his perception on the south and just where you do get the best curried goat in the world, Nore gave us here at HHDX something to think about.
