Details Of Kodak Black’s Sexual Battery Case Emerge

More details of the alleged incident where Kodak Black is being accused of sexual battery have emerged, the Sun-Sentinel of South Florida reports.

The 19-year-old rapper’s arrest warrant has been made public and it recounts in explicit detail a hostile situation in a hotel room in Florence, South Carolina that allegedly took place around February 7. The Pompano Beach, Florida native had performed in the city the night before.

According to the warrant, Black — born Dieuson Octave — allegedly “forced the victim onto the bed in the room and then onto the floor of the room. The defendant removed the victim’s underwear and licked her vagina and then put his penis into the victim’s vagina.”

The document also says that Black allegedly bit her on the neck and right breast. The victim’s injuries were “documented in a sexual assault kit that was completed by medical personnel.”

The warrant adds that “the victim repeatedly told the def. no and stop,” but says that Black did not listen and continued with his actions.

This past week, Black was transferred to South Carolina after completing a sentence for misdemeanor drug charges in St. Lucie, Florida.

Kodak Black has served his time in St. Lucie jail, but still has quite a road ahead of him to gain his freedom. According to the Sun-Sentinel, the 19-year-old rapper was transferred to the custody of South Carolina law enforcement yesterday (November 27) to be extradited to the state to face a sexual battery charge.

Project Baby appeared in court November 21 where a judge approved the extradition transfer. If convicted, he could face up to 30 years in prison.

“We are firmly convinced that he will be vindicated in that charge and shortly be set free,” Black’s Fort Lauderdale-based lawyer Gary Kollin says. “… He’s looking forward to getting to South Carolina so he can go on with his life and career.”

Black was sentenced in September to 120 days in jail after pleading no contest to two misdemeanor drug charges.

A month earlier, he was set to be freed from Broward County jail after being arrested in May for open warrants a month after being taken into custody when officers witnessed him purchasing marijuana. Upon being processed for release, authorities found two more cases on the teenager, born Dieuson Octave: the drug charges and the sexual battery case in South Carolina.

During his time behind bars, Black has let his fans know he’s staying busy by releasing his “Jail House Blues” freestyle and sharing a PSA in support of presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
