Juice WRLD passed away in 2019, but his memory continues to live on in various spaces. The late rapper’s estate has released two posthumous albums with another on the way, and now they’re looking to see him in the video game world.

On Tuesday (March 22), a video of Juice’s manager Peter Jideonwo surfaced on social media in which he reveals he’s in talks with Epic Games about including a “skin” of the late rapper in their popular video game Fortnite.

“(We) really need Juice WRLD in Fortnite,” Jideonwo said in the clip. “We’ve been trying our hardest, and that’s also a work in progress. We actually got a meeting, I think it’s next Thursday? If I’m not mistaken, Tuesday or Thursday with Epic. Epic makes Fortnite games.”

He continued, “It would be cool because everyone in Fortnite loves Juice and ‘Come and Go’ was a huge hit in Fortnite, I think it fits. So if y’all wanna go hit up Epic Games and Fortnite ya’ll should definitely do that too.”

The demand for Juice’s inclusion in Fortnite has been a hot topic since the rapper died of a drug overdose in 2019. The game used his song “Come and Go” in the trailer for their recently concluded Fortnite Rift Tour, and fans were hopeful his appearance in the game would be imminent.

If his skin makes it in the game, Juice will be the third rapper to be featured in Fortnite. Travis Scott had a whole Astroworld concert event in Fortnite that came with an official skin.

According to Epic Games, an estimated 12.3 million concurrent Fortnite players participated in the concert as Scott brought his electrifying Astroworld set to the virtual world for a near 15-minute set. However,  Epic later removed Travis’ skin and emote from the game after the Astroworld Festival tragedy last November.

Anderson .Paak was next in a package deal with Bruno Mars as Silk Sonic when Fortnite released them as playable characters last month. Players were able to take part in the “Silk Sonic Cup” tournament and listen to the duo’s album in the game.
