2 Chainz has revealed the cover art for his forthcoming album Dope Don’t Sell Itself. The cover of Tity Boi’s upcoming record was posted to Instagram on Tuesday (January 25), and features a shot of 2 Chainz bedazzled hand and wrist holding a blunt and shoebox overflowing with cash. Chainz wrote in the caption the cover art was partially a recreated image from his childhood.

“Hey guys! How are you?”he wrote. “Today I would like to reveal the album cover for MY upcoming classic (DOPE DONT SELL ITSELF ). This is a reimagined image of my ‘first bank account’ I’m sure some of the hustlers can relate!”

So far, the “It’s A Vibe” rapper has dropped two singles from the new project, which is scheduled to drop on February 4. The first single was “Million Dollars Worth of Game,” which features 42 Dugg and dropped in January.

Its follow-up was the buoyant party track “Pop Music,” which dropped on Friday (January 21) and features BeatKing and Moneybagg Yo. The 44-year-old also confirmed a Lil Baby feature would be on the tape after he shared stills from an upcoming music video the duo have in the works.

“I think it’s dope when ya know you poppin and still be humble !” Chainz wrote on Twitter. “Thank ya WHAM @lilbaby4pf !! Video fina be crazy.”

Dope Don’t Sell Itself will mark 2 Chainz’s first album since 2020’s So Help Me God!, which featured Lil Wayne, Kanye West, Lil Uzi Vert, Chief Keef, Rick Ross, Skooly, Lil Duval and NBA YoungBoy. The project’s announcement also came after he dropped “Mortgage Free” in December 2021 with DJ Premier.

“This gone be my last trap album, enjoy” 2 Chainz wrote on Twitter at the time.
