Gunna birthed a new wave with his “Pushin P” single featuring Young Thug and Future off his third studio album DS4Ever. Fans everywhere have been using the term, and major companies are looking to join in on the fun.

On Thursday (January 20), athletic sportswear giant Nike took to their Twitter with an ominous message for its fans.

“We had an internal meeting, and without getting into details, we’re pushin [P] all year,” Nike tweeted.

The sportswear brand figured they had a hit on their hands with their tweet, but people had another idea on their minds. Instead of agreeing with the term, fans had a field day dragging Nike for all the stress they’ve brought to people over the years with their SNKRs app. Fans go above and beyond to get that coveted “GOT ‘EM” notification, but most of the time are left hanging with an L.

“We’re always pushing [p]ancakes,” IHOP tweeted, which had Gunna reply, “IHO[P] Pushin [P].”
