50 Cent is building a cinematic empire at Starz but he’s still making sure he has some time for roles outside of his drug-dealing universe. On Tuesday (November 9), 50 revealed that he’s earned a spot in the cast for The Expendables 4, which is slated to arrive in 2022.

“Military mind set Expendables 4, This one you have to see,” he teased.

The blockbuster comes eight years after 2014’s The Expendables 3 and will find the G-Unit boss starring alongside Sylvester Stallone, Jason Statham and Megan Fox.

Filming for the fourth installment began in September before moving to Greece this week with photos emerging featuring a militant 50 Cent standing on top of an army tank. They will reportedly be shooting in Thessaloniki for two weeks in November.

In other posts, 50 let his fans know that he felt like he still had something to prove on the acting side and joked that this is “his movie” and everyone else is just in it with him.

“I’m from South Side we always got something to prove,” he wrote. “A lot of people know i’m good at what i do. i’m disciplined, so everybody will know i’m great soon.”

With shows such as Power and BMF carrying the network, 50 Cent voiced his frustration with Lionsgate as reports surfaced of the parent company looking to sell Starz in the near future.
