Travis Scott had to postpone a show in Oklahoma on Monday night (February 11), leading to chaos outside the venue. Less than two hours before the Astroworld creator was scheduled to perform at Tulsa’s BOK Center, the arena revealed the concert had been pushed back.
“Due to technical production issues, tonight’s sold out Travis Scott show in Tulsa will be moved to March 26th,” the venue announced via social media. “All tickets purchased for tonight’s show will be honored at the rescheduled show on March 26th.”
The BOK Center also sent out a news advisory to media outlets at 6:13 p.m. local time. The concert was scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. CST.

The late announcement led to a wild scene outside the BOK Center. Video quickly surfaced showing fans rushing the arena’s doors and beating on the glass.

According to the Tulsa World newspaper, one of the BOK Center’s windows was broken in the mayhem. Police reportedly deployed pepper balls to disperse the crowd.

Scott was in Los Angeles on Sunday night (February 10) to perform at the 2019 Grammy Awards. He personally didn’t announce his Tulsa concert was postponed until 30 minutes before the show was supposed to start.

“Tulsa so sorry I can’t perform at tonight’s sold out show,” he wrote via Twitter. “We had last minute production issues and I can’t give y’all an incomplete show. Rescheduled to March 26 all tix still valid. Everyone get home safe.”
Scott is still scheduled to perform in Houston on Wednesday (February 13). It’s his only other tour date booked for the week.
