Cardi B is denying reports she’s suing Quality Control management. On Wednesday (January 30), The Blast ran a story claiming the “Bodak Yellow” firecracker was suing QC after her security allegedly sent an autograph hound to the hospital.
Shortly after the news started making the rounds, Cardi hopped on Instagram and did some damage control, slamming the fabricated story.
“BIG FUCKING LIES,” she wrote alongside two laughing emojis. “wow! This is sooo scary who come up with this? Don’t ya know we family! Anyways TWERK record is #29 on billboards and Offset album coming soon and is beautiful.”
When a fan asked Cardi why she didn’t let them “believe what they wanted,” the platinum-selling artist snapped back in the most Cardi way possible.“cause that would make successful independent business owners look janky over something that ain’t true,” she replied. “You ever Hurd 2 black men owning a successful label then people try to tarnish with lies and bring conflict in the family? That’s why bitch.”

Alleged victim Giovanni Arnold claimed three bodyguards for Cardi and Offset beat him up outside the Mark Hotel last May. As a result, he sued all parties and the Mark Hotel reportedly blamed the couple for the alleged incident with a countersuit of their own. They argued Cardi and Offset should shoulder any possible judgment in Arnold’s favor.
