Kanye West and Kim Kardashian are reportedly expanding their family of five. According to People, the celebrity couple is expecting their fourth child. Like baby Chicago, they are having the little one via surrogate.
Kanye and Kardashian already have three children: North, 5, Saint, 3, and Chicago, 11 months. An insider reportedly said they were talking about a fourth child shortly after Chicago’s surrogate birth.
“Kim and Kanye were already talking about baby number four when Chicago was just a couple of days old,” the source said. “And they absolutely would use the surrogate again. They love her.”
In a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kardashian revealed her music mogul husband had been pressuring her to have seven children.

“Kanye wants to have more, though. He’s been harassing me,” Kardashian told friend Larsa Pippen. “He wants like seven. He’s like stuck on seven. That’s crazy. I could never, especially in like the world we live in. I’ve been kind of hesitant about having more kids just because it literally keeps me up at night, thinking about how my kids will survive in a crazy world like this.”
Following Saint’s birth, the reality television star was advised by her doctors not to carry any more children naturally.
