Ice Cube is making good on his promise to drop his long-awaited album Everythang’s Corrupt a 2018 reality.

The BIG3 Boss took to social media not only to remind fans of its December 7 release date, but to show the full 16-song tracklist, whose only feature comes courtesy of his fellow OG, Too $hort.

He also took the liberty of tweeting out the entire tracklist with individual photos of the song name written in blood plastered onto graphics of money.

Which is a naturally audacious move from the living legend. Check back in a week when Everythang’s Corrupt hits the scene and peep the album cover art down below.

Ice Cube has finally unveiled the release date for his upcoming solo album, Everythang’s Corrupt. According to a tweet from the gangsta rap O.G., the long-awaited project is expected to arrive on December 7.

“December 7, 2018. A day that will live in Infamy,” he wrote.

December 7, of course, is the same day as the bombing of Pearl Harbor. Cube apparently believes his album release date will be just as impactful.

Everythang’s Corrupt will mark Cube’s first album since 2010’s I Am The West. He intended to release the project years ago but was too buried in his work as an actor and a co-owner of BIG3 basketball league.

But alas, the wait is almost over.

After eight years, Ice Cube is finally coming back with a new solo album. On Thursday (September 20), the N.W.A legend revealed the cover art for Everythang’s Corrupt and teased a winter release date.

The cover art features a bloody hand wrapped around a stack of blood-splattered $100 bills.

The seasoned Hip Hop vet has been talking about this album for years but his crazy schedule got in the way.

“I had to put it down for a minute to finish these movies and make sure they were right,” he said in a 2016 interview. “To make sure Ride Along 2 was right, Barbershop and Straight Outta Compton – and this is going to be the end of it. I did a movie called Fist Fight. I just didn’t want to spread myself too thin. Finish these movies and finish this promotion and then finish the record and put it out.”

Back in June, Cube participated in a fan Q & A on Twitter and promised it was coming before 2018 was up.

Cube dropped I Am The West in 2010 but then got busy making millions as an actor and a business owner.

In January 2017, the ambitious gangsta rap pioneer kicked off the BIG3 basketball league and has continued going full steam ahead ever since.[apple_news_ad type=”any”]

      1. I hope it’s AmeriKKKa’s Most Wanted and Death Certificate Ice Cube and not Gimmicky Cube … That “westside” and “west” shit is done …

        1. The WEST is not gimmicky and the fact is that it’s been hijacked by trap. There’s way too much trap influence in today’s westcoast music, and it’s all washed out. The keepers of the west fucked up the west, and that includes Cube.

    1. Cube is one of the few MCs that can be conscience without being preachy. If you go from NWA??Solo career??All of his movies??Etc. you can argue that Cube was the most successful rapper in the 90s

        1. Only because it was a westcoast album with trap beats. Oh the irony. The West gimmick is done, it just hasn’t been executed well enough since Kendrick’s Good Kid. Now that is an amazing west coast sounding album.

    2. Not too confident on this. The last album Cube put out, I Am The West, was a total shit show west coast album with trap beats and his two sons featured on songs. It was actually horrendous and disrespectful to call the album I Am The West. Worst west coast album in years. Go back to making that classic west coast sound like Raw Footage. That was a dope Cube album.

    3. Mad love for O’shea but they’ve been talking about Everything’s Corrupt since like 2011. If you put it out though I’ll buy it. Dope cover.

    4. “But alas, the wait is almost over.”
This website seems to be repeatedly conveying a thinly-veiled hatred for rap pioneers and legends.
There was the stupid attack on Ghostface a month or two ago, now this. Also, check the general tone of the Too $hort article up today.

    5. “Cube ‘apparently’ believes his album release date will be just as impactful” man this editor constantly tries to down play an artist trying to get a bag. Phony click bait journalism

    6. waaaay more interesting that listening to eminem, ice cube has heart and real storys

      1. Funny i always skipped it cause I figured it was just another weed song but then one let it play through and it easily became one of my favorite Cube tracks and I’m a 40 y/o can from the 90s always thought Cube would never get back to pre 94 but that album came close…

      2. The whole album Laugh Now, Cry Later was full of stand outside Why We Thugs, The Trapped, Game Lord & Steal the Show.

    7. 4 years after original release date lol. I hope it’s not like “I an the west”. That album was that watered down junk rap. Can’t say I’m expecting this to be good, cube hasn’t been good for about two decades now. Last great song… GO TO CHRUCH!

    8. Ice cubes networth is $160 million. He IS corruption lol. I bet he’ll rap about the 1% elite class screwing the little guys too haha.

    9. Ice cube is my favorite rapper. His last few albums have been decent but i feel his flow is getting lazy. Example being no song where he flows fast “you can do it” “wicked” “pushin weight” etc. From laugh now cry later until i am the west they have all been his laidback “how can we do it” flow. i really hope this new album his production is up to the standards of his earlier albums including his flow since hes back to being lyrical polictical. We have one week to see.

    10. Respect Cube’s longevity but his classic material was defined by the supporting cast. Cube was the mouthpiece but Bomb Squad, Sir Jinx and Da Lench Mob helped make those early albums what they were. His newer albums just don’t have the vibe anymore. And the Straight Outta Compton movie sucked…

      1. His early albums aren’t really known as production masterpieces. If a more average rapper from that era (eg. MC Ren) was rapping on those beats, they wouldn’t be classic albums.

    11. Too Short Cool. Real Cool. But if Cube don’t have Ren, Yella, Lil” Eazy or Dre on a record I don’t want to hear it….

    12. They always made good music together going back to “Ain’t Nothing but a Word to Me.” Let’s see if the magic is still there 30 years later.

    13. Cube one of the reasons I even still listen to Rap. It sure as hell aint for these fuckboys on here like travis scott,yachty,69,xan,trippy...These rap lames today suck shit says:

      Strik9

    14. Great album reminds me a little of Raw Footage, I just juggle with taking Cube serious sometimes. I don’t know if he is
      about what he raps about.

    15. On Too $hort’s masterpiece album, 1990’s “Short Dog’s in the House”, he only has one feature… yep that’s right Ice Cube on the blistering “Ain’t Nothin’ but a Word To Me”. Forward 28 years later and The Don Mega returns Todd Shaw the favor. #Legends #GameRecognizeGame

    16. 4 real. Game recognize Game mane. Don megas back mane know what im saying? Todd shaw still in effect.

    17. Not too impressed with the production, especially ‘Bad Dope’ is horrible. But I still do like the album, there’s a million worse albums that were released this year.
