Scarface is the internet’s latest victim of a vicious rumor. After news started to circulate the Geto Boys OG was diagnosed with lung cancer, Scarface jumped on Twitter to set the record straight.
“The internet will kill you quicker than a gun will,” he wrote. “I sympathize with people who are really sick with cancer God be with you.
“And as happy as the news of me being down will make some it will also make them even sadder to know its all untrue I’m alive and well yea I know.”

A report claimed Scarface was receiving treatment at Houston’s Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center but it turns out that is far from the case.
