Shot entirely in black and white, Bryson Tiller’s new video for “Self-Made” finds the Louisville, Kentucky native riding on the hood of a luxury car and singing in a room with women suspended from the ceiling alongside a healthy amount of Kandypens products.

The song touches on his journey from homelessness to successful “self-made” artist who’s able to give back to the community that helped raise him. In June, Tiller teamed up with Nike to restore three basketball courts in his hometown.

During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Tiller said, “It’s possible in Louisville, Kentucky. Everybody used to tell me you can’t make it out of Louisville, Kentucky, and I disagree, ‘cos I made it out of this city. If anybody on this court right now got a dream, you believe in yourself, you can do it.”
