Pell’s LIMBO is about to drop and he’s been doing a little press in the meantime to promote it.

Recently sitting down with HipHopDX Senior News Writer Victoria Hernandez, the New Orleans native talked about the progression from his last project, Floating While Dreaming to LIMBO.

“I’m a little bit more down to Earth, a little more focused and you can hear it in the production,” he said via a segment of today’s (November 3) DX Daily. “The style of music is a little more the style of music is a little more focused. My talent is more focused, a lot of up-tempo stuff. I feel like it’s a little more catchier.”

Pell also talked about having to move thousands of miles away from his home both after Hurricane Katrina and his move to California last May.

After Hurricane Katrina I was forced to move thousands and thousands of miles from home.”
