Foxy Brown found herself in a New York court looking for a way out of the fiasco at a salon that found her hit with assault and harassment charges. Her lawyer filed a motion to dismiss the charges filed against her stemming from the August of 2004 incident. She once again rejected a plea bargain that would keep her out of jail and will continue to plead her innocence. She is due back in court September 22nd.
Suge Knight didn’t feel like fighting police when it came to getting hit with drug possession charges after being pulled over for making an illegal U-Turn. The Death Row impresario pleaded “no contest” to the charges of driving without insurance and making an illegal U-Turn. He spent a week in jail for the incident back in February and has been fined $691. The drug possession charges fell off due to insufficient evidence.
