It almost looked like 50 Cent would land back in a jail cell. But due to a plea deal, the G-Unit’s head honcho will avoid spending any time behind bars. The incident stems from a concert last year where 50 jumped into the crowd after being hit with a water bottle.

Instead, 50 will have to abide by the conditions of a two year probationary term which will clear him of the three counts of assault and battery.

The incident occurred at an invite only concert last May at the Hippodrome nightclub in Springfield Massachusetts. 50 jumped on the stage, even though he was not supposed to perform, and allegedly got hit in the head with a water bottle thrown from the crowd. 50 allegedly jumped into the crowd to chase the individual who tossed the bottle, which then led to a brawl of which three women were reportedly injured. One woman even accused 50 of punching her in the face.

50 will now have to attend anger management counseling and produce an anti-violence public service announcement. He also has to stay clean of drugs and will be randomly tested.
