It seems as if shoe contracts are directed more towards rappers than basketball players. Add Snoop Dogg to the list of rappers with their own shoes. Snoop will link up with Pony International to collaborate on the development and production of Snoop’s Doggy Biscuitz footwear collection.
The line will bring Snoop’s west coast flair with the classic Pony design. The name comes from Snoop’s referring to his shoes as “biscuits.”
The Doggy Biscuitz line consists of: The Snoopadoopa – for active life and everyday wear, Snoopafly — athletic/basketball inspired, Snoopalicious– casual shoe, and finally the outrageous Snoopaslide –the bandana print slipper.
Jay Leno was got to see first hand what Snoop has in store when he recieved a pair of the special edition Snoopadoopas when Snoop appeared on the show and presented the late night television king with a custom personalized pair.
