Even though ODB controversial figure has passed away, the controversy still looms above. Footage of ODB’s performing under the influence of drugs was reportedly sold on eBay with a final selling price of $100,000 but the late rapper’s camp vehemently denies the tape even exists.
Approximately 30-40 minutes of footage exist that was recorded two days before his untimely death. The footage reportedly includes ODB smoking before hitting the stage, falling from the stage and performing new songs from his upcoming Osirus album. MTV allegedly offered $100,000 for rights to the footage.
ODB’s camp says no such tape exists. His manager says the reason that the footage could not exist for numerous reasons. One being that no video cameras are ever let into performances and also says that MTV never includes itself in eBay biddings.
