Snoop Dogg is soon to be in court to defend his actions during the filming of “Girls Gone Wild Doggy Style” video. A lawsuit has been filed against Snoop Dogg also known as Calvin Broadus and the founder of “Girls Gone Wild” Joseph Francis, for allegedly giving out marijuana and ecstasy while he and the “Girl Gone Wild” Crew filmed in New Orleans during Mardi Gras.
Minor girls allegedly were used in the video with the knowledge that they were under 18. Girls were allegedly said to have been enticed to perform in the video when Snoop and the film crew offered small rewards. A seventeen-year-old girl was allegedly asked to perform nude in exchange for “back stage passes”, unto which she did. The incidents that happen in Mardi Gras have been included in a Florida Affidavit to show a pattern of the show using minors in their films. One teen in particular, Jamie Capdeboscq who was seventeen years old during the filming of “Girls Gone Wild” was filmed topless, has added improper use of her image which is displayed on the cover of “Girls Gone Wild Doggy Style” DVD and video and the TV and internet ads. In court documents, Snoop has said the women have voluntarily exposed themselves and “voluntarily consumed alcohol and other intoxicants” during the filming.
