Another producer who contributed to Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter III has sued seeking millions in unpaid fees. David Kirkwood has filed suit against Young Money Entertainment and Cash Money Records claiming that he is owed $1.5 million for his work.

Kirkwood’s suit, filed in New York Southern District Court last week, does not make mention of Lil Wayne. His work on the album included songwriting on the track “Love Me or Hate Me,” which was featured on the deluxe edition of the LP.

Kirkwood is the latest producer to work on TC3 who has sued for unpaid royalties. In 2007, Bangladesh (“A Milli”) claimed he was stiffed for his work, and Darius “Deezle” Harrison followed suit in March who is seeking $20 million.
