After two counts of assault to Cleveland, Ohio police officers, and one count of resisting arrest in December of 2010, New York emcee Charles Hamilton has been reportedly released from custody.
Cuyahoga County Ohio records (discovered at RapRadar.com) reveal that the former Interscope Records sensation’s case was closed yesterday (January 31), and subject to mental evaluations. The 23 year-old has not spoken publicly about his release yet.
