He gave a simple response: “Guaranteed.”

It’s the most positive sign yet that Tha Carter VI is on the way, with Wayne having not released a solo album since 2020’s Funeral.

Kevin Durant also accidentally revealed that he and Lil Wayne had recorded something for Tha Carter VI, annoying the New Orleans legend.

“Why would KD do that? That was on the wrap. See KD, you messed up,” Wayne said with a laugh while chatting with Taylor Rooks. “That song was considered to be on Tha Carter VI and now that you’ve said something, it’s not going on Tha Carter VI.”
